    Have your Engineers spend more time preventing hacks. With AOL Gold I have been hacked three times in two months. This is a nuisance and shows that the security is poor.

    "My email account was compromised a few days ago and someone sent mail to people in my address book. I have been on AOL since the 90's and this never happened before. AOL Gold is very bad with security."
