How long will it take to fix the welcome screen ?
I would like to have an expert technician investigate the issues you are experiencing. Please call the AOL Desktop Gold team at the number 1-888-265-3733.

I get an Email displayed on sign-in/Welcome and don't know how to turn it OFF. Can't find an associated option.

I don't want the Welcome window to appear because it is crammed with inane ads and contains plenty of other objectionable content, most of which is biased toward political liberalism. As a paying AOL customer, I expect you to provide all such users with the ability to delete the Welcome window–permanently, if we so choose. Please furnish specific instructions about how I can do that.

Welcome Page –
My Welcome page does not appear or when It does appear there is a long wait. When it does not appear, I must re-click the Continue button multiple times or completely sign off and sign on again. And often, those steps do not work. I use AOL Gold and Windows 10.

Today some of the articles on the Welcome Screen when you click on them to read them, they open in the Welcome Screen. They don't open like they use to and now there is no red heart to click on to send to favorites, add to toolbar or insert in mail. Also you can't click the back button to back a screen. You have to close the Welcome Screen and when you do, it takes you back to the very first article again and you have to work your way all up to were you were before. You can't continue where you left off when you X out the Welcome Screen.

Why must I consistently have to select the welcome button to get it to load a page?

My Welcome Screen does not open until I click on Continue a second time. And then, the second click does not always work.
I use Windows 10.
As a paying customer, I have used AOL for over 17 years. During that entire time period, AOL ALWAYS has had continuing technical issues. Using AOL Gold continues the same technical issues cycle. Can I get a 17-year refund?
