    SPAM CONTROL

    AOL should allow a user to STOP the automatic selection of emails to be classified as spam by AOL. Currently there is no obvious way to do this. Who are you to make such decisions about any e-mail anyway? In checking my spam folder I found hundreds of emails I would like to have received!

    I want all my e mail to me to be in my mail, none to spam. I do not want AOL to decide what spam is. And I want to copy from text in recvd emails.

    You just threw an email from my loan company with important information into SPAM. When are you going to stop doing this? It is not up to you to decide what is SPAM. It is up to your customers!

    Stop putting my mail in to spam. It is not your decision to do, it is my decision what I consider spam. Stop putting everything I delete in to spam! Where are the spam controls? You have eliminated all but one?

    A spam control setting is needed to change mail discovered in the spam folder that is not spam to then be sent to new mail.

    Put the spam controls back. My house payment has been missing now for two months in a row. Today I check spam folder and there were over 80 mails in there. That is not your decision to make, it is my decision. If I don't want to read a mail then I will delete it. It is not up to you to throw my mail away!

    Try fixing the problems you have with AOL Gold first instead of working on new ideas. You can't send mail, you can't load mail, you throw mail to spam constantly. It is not your mail nor should it be your decision on what is Spam. When I clean my files and delete then your system goes in to no responding mode and I have to close you out on the general windows task to sign off. You say you can't send mail due to an error and then you send it over and over. One mail I received from somebody came through 25 times one right after the other. Fix inadequate programming first before starting something new.
