I purchased from Mia Belle Baby advertised on your site. They are a bogus Chinese company that has a myriad of complaints online and with the Better Business Bureau. I ordered on 5/15, was told it shipped 5/27, and was given an invalid USPS tracking number. Research companies that you allow to advertise on your site to protect consumers from frauds like them

I Agree a lot of stories I would like to see and you have to go thru 90 slides to see what you want

You are driving your long time users (20 years) crazy. Most news windows you present require you to click on a hot link which is totally expected, but then you drag a story out for window after window with continue button after continue button. Often times the continue button is so confusing that we go off into some commercial. I know why you do it - so we will get exposed to more ads, and I hate it - often times I just give us and storm off. This frustrating approach will in the end, cause me to leave. You raised our rates and handicapped us in using one of the features that makes you unique. Not cool AOL. Listen to us!

Tired of the garbage stories on Welcome page. Most is nonsense and if you do want to read about it have to go thru many pages and many ads. May have to cancel my account! I'm paying for this!

POP-UPS everywhere!!!!! PLEASE!!!!! Tell us how to get rid of them once and for all. Don't tell us to "Opt Out"... that, like other AOL things, doesn't work! Hey.... and how about a response?????

Also, get rid of the little "jump" on the web page that causes one to open some blooming advertisement I have no interest in.

AGREED. However, there is a way around AOL stuffing all of the advertising down your throat. Open the artical, copy the title and go to a search engine, preferably DuckDuck.com and paste it and hit search....VOILA, the same story on one page that AOL plagiarized.

Your excessive use of ads makes it very difficult to follow a news thread. Users have to go through multiple screens to get to the highlighted news substance and even the news are surrounded by so many ads that you end up with a very small news screen. That may be one of the reasons many of us are using accounts from other providers, which are totally free more and more. I understand your need for ads, but it is becoming too much.

Shorten the TEASERS down to 3 pages instead of 20+ I don't bother to click on them anymore. Not interested in ads, just want to read the item and get back to my work!

I pay for AOL. I should not be bothered with adds. I know how to look up things that interest me. I don't want adds on the page. I realize that you probably make money from every add that I am forced to click on because the next bar jumps up or down when I'm trying to click on next.to make matters worse each page only gives me one sentence at a time. If you got rid of the adds it wouldn't take twenty or so next bars to get through it. This is a ****** way to treat paying customers.

While trying to read Trend chaser, a damned video ad kept popping into the lower corner of the pic. How in the **** do you think a person is supposed to read (enjoy) the material when there is constant distraction. Maybe the younger folk can manage, but this older folk can't.Ads are one thing, but these friggin video things that keep invading the space are annoying...VERY ANNOYING. Get rid of them.

TO: AOL....you may have good stories, but I don't finish reading them for the mere fact I have to keep clicking, "Next" twenty times to finish one article. After the the fourth or fifth, "Next"...I stop reading the article and go to something else. All the clicking of "Next" is annoying and tiresome and takes away from the flow of reading. I suggest you just put the article in the normal format and leave out the constant clicking of "Next" just to finish reading the article.

Get rid of the annoying ads that in addition to being annoying interfere with the efficient operation of the mail function.
