I do not know how in the world you expect anyone to read the news (40-50 news items) you have. When you click and go to one it is so covered up by ads and **** it is impossible to read. You really need to clean up that trashy section and treat it like it is important! You can put some of those ads, etc. somewhere else!

With all of its ads and promotional videos that viciously assault my senses every time I open AOL, as a paying customer for decades, you well know that I should not be subjected to ANY advertising of ANY kind. So please tell me: How do I permanently close the ridiculous, useless, annoying "Welcome" screen? Doing so will be a good start in cleaning up the total garbage that pervades every fraction of a square inch on AOL.

I've paid for AOL for many decades, so why do you constantly bombard me with annoying, inane, and idiotic advertising and promotional videos? As you well know, any actual content in which I might be interested is not readable. Furthermore, I would NEVER patronize any enterprise that advertises on AOL. As a paying customer, I DEMAND that you get rid of all the ads.

I love reading many of the articles on AOL.... but trying to navigate these stupid ads is so frigging crazy : backing up, clearing ads just to read, then start all over..... SO STUPID...... can't you just set a "no ads" flag for the user requesting...??? You have such "brains" on the "team"....

Take away all the obnoxious ads! I pay a lot of money every month, why am I additionally being subjected to ads?

If I pay ~$22/mo, I would expect to have an ad-free environment available to me. And not pay an additional $5/mo for it. Ads take up screen space which could be used for email information.

Yup. Totally ignoring you. Ads have always been part of AOL's marketing strategy. Chill.

get rid of all these ads running constantly. don't you make enough money by double charging us? we have to pay for use & "security", yet i still have tons of spam in my mailbox...your system apparently cannot discern a real e-mail address from something like "au#vrbdkos.uk". what kind of "security" on your system is that???

I want to know why I have so much advertising. I pay for the premium AOL and can get it for free if I wanted to do so. Premium payers should not be subjected to so much advertising. We are already paying you.
