I open AOl daily about 15 times, they have many articles I would enjoy reading...but surrounded by ads (accidental click one is disaster) and its takes forever scrolling thru to read the whole article plus dodging the landmine of cookies from your advertisers. I know your desperate for revenues, its so obvious...but when are you going to take care of your client base? Or someone will develop a better mousetrap and we will follow

I have been a member for a long time, and I still pay for services every month. I like the way my files are organize and the way to send emails, attachments, etc. But I want to use you, when I want, I do not want you as my main page or Browser. Why?, because you are aggressive with your advertisements. Your articles are my favorites, but, a person cannot read a good article without messages and pop ups and other junk advertisement. After awhile it gets tired and I just sign out. Even when logging in, but your phone and we send you info. No, that is intrusive, give us the option, not force. Because you know, some of the babyboomers do not know how to look for the next, or continue button. Please, tone it down, give people choices, and I think you will have a great many people. I thought, I give you my feedback and I hope someone will listen. Thank you. Luis

GET RID OF THE JUMPING DOWN "NEXT PAGE" AND JUST PUT AN ARROW TO THE NEXT PAGE. WHY TORTURE US TO READ A HUMAN INTEREST ARTICLE?

Take the ads out of middle of a screen that says "empty mail" or whatever it says. You think it is an ad from aol especially when it is about a computer issue. I now see tht it is not because something came up that could not have related to aol. Leave the space blank!

Obviously this is only a ruse to put in more ads.

Why can't members read an article without going to 'NEXT' EVERY FOUR SENTENCES, THAT ALONG WITH ADVERTISEMENTS POPPING UP AND BLOCKING IT OUT EVERY FOUR SECONDS.
I am really getting sick and tired of it.Also, everytime one calls AOL with an issue they try to sell you some other product.
AOL is really failing, it's being run by some real dumb bunnies. I had to call in three times for the same issue this weekend. Spent a total of
about five hours with three different people who fixed it and it last an
hour. Finally, a woman located in the states resolved it.I have been with AOL for over 15 years and I hate to have to switch because you do have conveniences I am use to. However, lately the
site has been inferior and I plus many others I speak too are going to
leave if things don't improve. -

Don't put ads on that you can't close and that make you call for help. Its annoying and time consuming

All the ads you have pop up is not of benefit to the advertiser. I just click them off and will not buy the product. and having the pop up in my waiting to be sent mail is just to much. In the long run you will see that this is not good. I have started using my Pop up Blocker.

I am demanding to remove all the paid advertisements inside of my mailbox. I've been with AOL for 16 years + in AOL, if you want to keep me as a customer please do grant my demand for the paid ads.

As of today, 3/16 EXTREMELY annoying adds keep blocking my Inbox content. Commands to stop these ads are ineffective. You'll lose a customer

WAY too many ads that I wont buy from or never had. Put an X in the top of all of them so we can delete them.

I hate the new ads in my email folders when I empty them or finish reading them. If I am forced to pay for sub par aol gold I should not have ads in my stuff especially my email. You have alot of nerve.

Stop all the ads.
stop putting ads on the new email page when there are no new emails. You are doing everything you can to lose your customers. -

This issue is new and I would appreciate having it removed, if not able to do it for everyone, then I would appreciate if you could at least do it for me. I have a long time AOL member and hope you will recognize my concern.

The stories connected with "Next" are very cumbersome but to time a bump down just before the next click onto an add is very aggravating. You always have to wait before clicking "Next" otherwise you accidentally click on the ad because the screen moves right to your pointer. Please fix. Thanks.

Ads are now appearing in my Inbox, just as they are everywhere else! When I click on my New Mail, I get a blank page that says, "This folder is empty," and there are ads beneath it.
This is more than just distracting. It is obnoxious. -

I not only hate AOL for fostering AOL Rust or Gold on us, especially since it appears to still be in Beta testing. The problems are so many, there's not enough room here: but a few: FONTS, HIGHLIGHT-COPY-PASTE,, the fact you didn't transport Mail Waiting to be Sent to your Rust/Gold, etc. And today 3/14 this Bait & Switch from 247WallSt, where you don't even include the bait photo about the 3,000 year old bridge in the so-called 50 oldest things -- a third of which are a joke!
I no longer read any item you post if I have to go through 10-20-30 pages of single graphs and ADS! That's really all you are about: ADS!!!!!!
I hate AOL and Huff Post and their come ons to see/learn about one thing and then you have to go through 20 pages of short graphs to get to it. All to make sure you see ADS.Knowing the tricks Huff and AOL pull, I figured I'd have to go to the last page to find out about this bridge, but NO, it's not even pictured among the 50 -- some of which are a JOKE!Shame on you!I expected better of you, but NO, you did the exact same thing. Even worse is that you don't even have a page on the so-called 3,000 year old bridge. You wasted my time! You have insulted me for the last time!

I have decided never to "Click" thru one of those stories again. They are not written well and they are just a waste of time!
