Stop forcing users to pay for, and be distracted by, moving video advertising or news stories. This is expensive in some places, and a security problem universally (because malware can hide in image frames). I am considering ending paying for AOL because of this, and because it is not my ISP (not providing true ISP services in my area).

Please stop showing so many ads having to do with diseases and drugs. Some of us are trying to get away from that!

I would like to not receive any video ads. Unlike people with cable internet,I have a limited data allowance through my cell phone, and the video ads use up needed gigs. Static ads are ok, but PLEASE offer an option to opt out of videos!

Stop all the confusing adds. Some can't even be deleted easily.
Frustrating working around all of them, -

The banner ads on the right are offensive. They always show a picture of a celebrity with "mourns loss of..." or "gone so young" This is so wrong, intimating that someone has died, but it's something petty like selling wrinkle cream... ..Please stop putting these on.

Is there any way on God's green earth that you can stop that damned car ad from popping up continually. I try to read the story, but the ad is distracting. I can get rid of it by just getting rid of the home page. I know that this will be merged with some other one automatically without any one ever reading it, so feedback is generally worthless. I have the feeling that young dudes who spend their lives playing video games do these things and son't realize how annoying they can be to older folk.

I was on the AOL main page trying to read a story, and one of those damned ads kept popping up. It was a local ad for a dealer ship. The people who think this **** up must be brain dead or he/she or they might notice how damned distracting it is. I don't know if it is AOL, Oath, or Verizon, but whoever it is needs to get a brain.

i refuse to open any of your lead in stories anymore, you can't read the story for all your ad interuptions and screen changes, a little bit of story and the rest is ads and pop ups. If I was one of your advertisers I would be looking for another venue because your's irritates rather that inform

I have been a subscriber for over 30 years and pay dearly every month. I can get free email which is what I mostly use this for but occasionally I like to read articles and this is terrible. I could save over 300.00 dollars a year if I switched. You need to fix it along with the ads that are plastered all over. We don't pay for the ads, we pay NOT to have ads. You also need to tone down the Anti-Trump news. Try real journalism

When you call AOL, they come up with the same bull _ _ _ _ response. That they understand but they cannot fix it.

I still don't like the placement of clickable captions just do you can paste another damned ad where the caption should be. I won't do those features, so your ads will go unnoticed.

Remove those advertisements that interfere with almost every article I would like to read. Now, every time it happens I stop reading the article even if it looks interesting.
