Why can no one log on?
why does nothing come up when I log on? there is no mail, my Favorties button is Gray

The issue was resolved, please close and reopen the Gold software.

Awful is not the word. Every day there's another problem, and now this! The news doesn't even work. I don't see how they can be charging us for this aggravation.

Sign on errors, favorite places missing, website carousel missing, email won't save or send.
This is March, 20,2018. Not the first day or two of trying to work out minor bugs.Aol gold is just awful!

Well, let's see if this goes through: Error message when I type in my password correctly. If I do get signed on, the aol toolbar loads up without my personal icons that I usually have on the carousel, and then nothing else shows up. The page is blank; no welcome screen, nothing. When I click on the 'welcome' button, I get this: {"error_description": "invalid token scope", "error": "invalid_token"}. Emails aren't showing.
Clear footprints feature isn't working, nor is 'clear cache when signing off.'

Well, my gosh! I just typed in this block something that wasn't working, and so help me, I have a message that says "Sorry, we couldn't submit your request." What the halo is going on, AOL????

Tell me what the problem is. I had great use of my laptop earlier today. Then the computer
went into an update mode and said not to turn the computer off. After the update process was
complete I haven't bee able to sign on. The message I get is, Error retrevig account infol

My favorites are grayed out too and all my icons are gone. My friend in Florida just wrote to tell me that his favorites are grayed out. I can't even get the news. I get this notice when trying:

Mail is locking up. Can't move, save, or delete. Getting sign-on errors too.
Re-booting my computer over and over again to solve numerous aol gold problems shouldn't be the best solution you have.
Aol isn't exactly new, but it has been much better than this.I can't understand why restoring most of the old features that actually worked can't be brought back, instead of just tweaking the new version and ending up with more new problems.
Just awful now.

Please fix this !! The favorites won't open and all my icons in the carousel sent back to the default AOL items. I was bumped off AOL and when Isigned in again thisis what I found.
