    does not matter - they do not listen to or care about customer feedback AT ALL - - they have done nothing in months to cure THEIR problems !

    I used to love getting on to AOL, it was a pleasure, so easy to use, so sensible, nice large window, everything so "right there" when you needed to use it. Now I don't even turn it on until I feel there might be an email waiting to be read. I wish you hadn't turned it all into a big mess.
