Address Card in Address Book

The HELP button on the Address Card does not work! Actually, most of the Address Book no longer works as well as the 9.8.2 Address Book. PLEASE BRING BACK ALL THE FUNCTIONS OF THE 9.8.2 ADDRESS BOOK!
