Please STOP all the AOL pop ups on sign in. I've set preferences NOT to have pop ups, and yet each time I sign in, there's AOL Games popup.

Respect your customer's wishes. In preferences I've stopped popups from AOL or otherwise. Yet, still I get the AOL Games pop up (and others) EVERY TIME i sign in -- sometimes several times a day. STOP. I really hate this new AOL GOLD. It's terrible -- slow, freezes, and non-responsive. Get your act together, please!

    Need assistance with how to remove. I should be able to do something overall and not each ad choice with each provider, elg. yahoo.

    Ads keep popping up in emails that are unprofessional and disruptive. I want to read email and not be offended with ads

    Please stop the popups for all ads that are on way too often. Also the help ! that says update needed that does not go away no matter what we do.

    Don't allow the pop up to cover the material you are reading. It truly is annoying.

     "Microsoft is ending support for these devices operating on Windows 7 and 8.1" Hey, we get it, now remove the POPUP. PLEASE REMOVE THE AOL GOLD SPAM POPUP BELOW. WE GET IT. NOT NECESSARY TO SEND IT TWO MILLION TIMES. DIDN'T ASK FOR IT, DON'T WANT it, DON'T NEED IT.. AND, IT'S OLD NEWS ANYWAY.     i have been an aol customer for over 25 years. but now i think i am ready to change to something else , because i have to fight all the pop up ads that now cover the entire screen. being a customer that has paid you alot of money ( starting at $3 an hour on a 1600 baud modem )over the years there should be something that can be done to stop these pop up ads . i am tired of closing ads on every page i view
    please tell me if anything can be done if not i will change to the free aol

    The new AOL popups on Welcome and Mail pages are very annoying. Either stop them or provide a way I can opt out of them permanently. If not I'll have to stop paying AOL!

    how do I stop the breaking news signup pages that keep loading on screen...i don't want to sign up. I just want to stop the requests to do so.

    I get pop ups from Avantis that have no "delete" or "shrink" option. Cannot move them, cannot clear them and they clutter up a quarter of my screen. You should not allow popup that I cannot clear.
