Please stop trying to sell me AOL Antivirus software and Computer Checkup each time I call in for Technical Assistance
It seems that every time I call for Technical help, just before the Tech signs off, they try to sell me an AOL Software package. I don't appreciate this pressure when I am already paying a subscription fee, and I already have AOL Antivirus software.
