Provide a means of exporting e-mails from your Desktop App.
I am an attorney. My client wishes to provide me with thousands of e-mails relevant to his case. In order to efficiently search through those e-mails, I requested that he export them and provide them to me in electronic format. He did so.
However, I now understand that in order to process the e-mails, I need to download and install AOL Desktop Gold. The problem is, I don't have an account and therefore cannot download Gold.
I chatted with an AOL tech who informed me that there is no way, other than forwarding each message individually, for my client to share these e-mails with me.
I would have expected this when AOL first launched, back when I was in high school, but not now. Please provide a solution.
