You Could Have Warned Us!
Just went through being forced to change my password, get a telephone call with numbers to type into AOL and NO ONE TOLD US YOU WERE GOING TO DO THIS! Is it beyond your ability to send us a message that a particular change event is going to happen? Every single change has been foisted on us with no warning and it's getting OLD and probably driving more of us away than you'd like... or is that the theory behind all of this so you can go away permanently?????
