There are times that the welcome page shows as a blank page
There are times that the welcome page shows as a blank page. I have to sign out or switch usernames before it would actually come up. Clicking on the home button pulls up the page but it is better if it comes up automatically. All other screen names work except for the master account.

Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into this issue. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.

With all the complaints below you obviously don't care do you. Because I still cannot read the news. If you keep up I will cancel My AOL suscription.

My Welcome screen will not automatically load. After spending 1 ½ hours remoting to my computer, senior tech Jason Brown and his colleagues could not fix it. Jason said I seem to be the only person having this issue and to wait until others report it to get it fixed. Since I don’t see others reporting this issue, how can MY problem get fixed? Also, my Welcome screen would usually open by manually clicking on the Welcome tab. Now, that does not work. How do you expect me to use my computer?
It seems that the Developers of this software need to contacted for assistance. Why should I be expecting to pay AOL for a service that does not work? I need some PROFESSIONAL help to fix this issue NOW.
