AOL desktop gold not working for any sup account under the primary account even they collect the member fee with a promise of a legal contract between AOL and members to provide access ,service and full function to primary account member and at least two sup screen account . i have one sup screen for my son for more than a month tell this moment my AOL unable to fix the e-mail (send,receive or accesses all his saved e-mails and email files ) also favorites files he created and saved a lot's of websites he use been lost and not working any more . I have called AOL help representatives for more than 15 times each one of them give different excuses and reason for such problems most of them requested a remote access to fix those problems then answers always came with they are so sorry but AOL technicians are working to solve that issue ,at the end of the one hour or more of time they (AOL representatives offering another products of protection ,anti spyware ,... to the member to buy . I wounder how long i will keep paying for a service didn't work nor get fix for all this time .

Now I can't get back and forth on different email accounts without forking over another $5.00 per month per email. That's a little ridiculous. Is anyone else getting this?

Why the change of policy on the gold account? Now I'll have to pay for each aol e-mail account I have.
AOL is getting worst with more ads, e-mail not working, chat support a joke & don't even think to call unless you want a 24 hour hold.
It's time to move on.
