AOL Desktop Gold will not open completely.
I keep getting an error message that something went wrong.
While it is trying to open GOLD, an older version pops up

I've been getting these error codes every day for at least the past two months plus. Half the time it tells me I cannot send an email...nor an upload of anything!
There is two I get one after the other. Help Please

I leave my PC on and Desktop Gold open 24 hours per day. It would remain continuously open for weeks at time. In recent months, I find Desktop Gold closed on occasion. Never while using it, but I might find it closed first thing in the morning. Sometimes when I would restart it, I would notice a new version. So I surmised this behavior was a way to force users to load the new version. However, the closings have happened even when no new version was available.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Your Desktop Gold is a worthless application. There is not one time that I open AOL and the application is not responding. I either have to hit the close button and hope it allows me to fix or I have to completely restart. I have been an aol member since 1998 and I am tired of paying for a site which continues to show me that aol does not care about its customers
