Bring back on Sent Mail.. confirmation that an AOL user has viewed an email sent by another AOL customer... Very important ! Don't take value away from AOL Gold for which we Pay monthly!

AOL's next software should be called AOL Backwards. What is happening? Don't you want to improve your user's experience? Then why are you taking away important and useful features? In 2010, you got rid of the "unsend" feature for mail sent to other AOL users. Then, in December 2017 you got rid of the Instant Message feature, which forces members to use non-AOL platforms. Now, you've eliminated, without warning, the status feature on the "Sent" mail folder to see when/if another AOL use has read the mail yet. What's next? I can't even send e-mails to one of my groups without getting an error message. It's absolutely ridiculous. Such a shame, as I loved the old AOL. There was nothing wrong with the 9.8.2 version, but you've strategically ruined my Internet experience. I've been an AOL customer for over 20 years and every day is a struggle and it truly saddens me. Please reinstate the basic features or add new and useful ones! Otherwise, you're going to lose once valued customers. What am I paying for every month?

Why was the option that allowed you to see whether a sent E-Mail had been read or is still unread removed (no longer there)? It was helpful and should be available again! It was there for many years.

in old aol, one could right mouse an aol email>get status option>and check if a fellow aol member had yet read the sent email.

Re-instate the option for sent mail to determine whether it's been read or if it's still unread!

I have AOL desktop gold and the feature regarding being able to see if the other aol email address has already read the message that I sent as that feature had been removed. I would like to have that feature back on my aol desktop gold so I can see if the message I sent has been read.

what is the situation with the aol sent email status inquiry, the "box" is even gone from the screen. Did aol arbitrarily decide to drop another feature?????

The screen name I use a lot is missing the 'status' button on my sent mail. There are times I need to confirm that mail has been received, yet in this screen name I'm unable to do that. I've reported this before and you merged the idea with something else totally unrelated. I need the status button to be restored. Why is it missing in only one screen name and not all? When will all these stupid glitches be worked out?
