aol doesn,t work it freezes over and over and your hep cannot fix it
New AOL desktop gold freezes everytime I use it , been happening this issue for almost 6 months now . My computer performance is good, it only freezes once ADG is open. already tried to ask assistance and did all the troubleshooting that needs to be done , but still not working properly, it freezes all the time .
Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into this issue. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.

AH it's the weekend that means AOL GOLD will be even slower than it is during the week! Sitting here waiting and watching for this so called "wonderful improvement on AOL 9.8 " to switch to my secondary account! Don't try to close it out since it now FREEZES your computer. Only option, "CAD" to shut the program down or turn the computer off since it also will Freeze Task Manager! Like when the **** is this going to be fixed? It's ever weekend and all that's done is a merge into someones question that is having the same problem...MERGING DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM and YES I'm screaming, maybe then I and others will be heard! Pay to be frustrated every weekend well it's reaching the end and it's GOODBYE AOL after 20+ yrs!

AOL keeps combining all of our complaints with others. My question is why is management not fixing all of this within a max of a 24 hour window? I worked for a tech company and if we took months to fix our companies problems...we would be fired. Unfortunately, AOL seems to think they are above the law and can just ignore all the problems....not fix them in a timely manner...and continue to rob us of our money. We need you to publish how we can move our folders and favorites to another browser....like Google. Also, we need a lawyer who is interested in a class action lawsuit against AOL. C'mon lawyers...step forward!!!!

After tons of complaints, what is AOL Gold doing to fix these problems? You need to refund us all our money spent with this inferior product that does not work. I want to know what government agency controls you so that we can complain and your company gets shut down for fraud. This has gone on way too long for your techs NOT to be able to fix this program that constantly freezes everytime you click on something and have to wait minutes for it to open up Praying a class action is coming soon against AOL.

The Gold Desktop browser frequently freezes and locks up the program for minutes. This is not acceptable. Please fix it.
