F5 still does not work and we have been asking for a fix since AOL Gold started.
Extremely bad program and techs who do not know how to do things. Why is anyone still here???

Why does your instruction on how to clear the browser not work? I cleared "footprint" and rebooted AOL. F5 doesn't work either. How do I clear the browser??
