Unable to switch screen names without system freezing. What's with that? anyone know what's going on?

    I wrote the other day and have NOT heard back... The other day I tried to sign on to my AOL Desktop Gold acct. and NONE of the screen names associated with my account are there... When I type a name in I can only open one of the screen names. I am PAYING FOR THE IS SERVICE, AND I AM NOT GETTING ANY SERVICE !!!!!!! WHY ???? Please, THIS TIME Someone Respond !!!
