NOW what's going on? It's something every day! Already this morning AOL has dropped off 3 times -- and it's only 9:30!
It will be a year next month since Gold was forced on us. When will it be fixed??? And I would like an answer instead of just merging my comments with other complaints. I think we would ALL like an answer!
Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into the issue you are experiencing with the software closing unexpectedly. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.

I guess "report a bug" does just as much good as leaving feedback. Nothing ever changes. How about just telling us when these problems will be fixed? We are coming up on 1 year of Gold, and it's just as bad as it was when we were forced to use it.

AOL Gold service is beyond horrible in all respects.I'm a member since the 90's and use to love AOL. No more.

And it just happened again! AOL dropped off in the middle of an email I was trying to send. What is going on??
