Here is how you clear the footprints in AOL Desktop Gold:

1. In the top menu bar, click the Settings icon Image of the Settings icon.
2. Click Browser on the left menu.
3. Click the Security tab at the top of the window.
4. Select the data you’d like to clear.
5. Click Clear Footprints.

    Please remove the suggested web sites that pop up automatically on the AOL drop down bar.

    URL suggestions that is showing on my browser.I don't want those suggestions on my browser,Period!I did not search them.I am paying for service.I want them permanently remove,they are not mine.

    When searching for a specific website using Aol Desktop Gold browser,it used to fill in the rest of the web address based on what I searched for in the past.Now the autofill is disabled with no way of turning it back on and the only option I have is to select one of the many options in the dropdown that appears as I type in the entire website.This is made particularly difficult by the amount of suggestions that appear in the dropdown,even if I do clear the footprints of ADG regularly.
