Sick and tired of the "advertising" as a PAYING SUBSCRIBER!!!!!!!! Find a solution or I'm history...paying subscriber since 1986

Stop blocking what we are doing with adds popping up that we must endure first! Your greed in adds income over subscriber or user satisfaction is apparent and wrong! Fix spell check also. When we click "Add To Dictionary," it is not at all saved and should be. You eliminated the "Ignore All" choice also. WHY? How many more months until this is fixed? Are your repair folks busy and out selling advertising maybe?

Please stop all of the pop ups! I'm a legacy member & shouldn't have to pay more to stop seeing the pop ups!

Now Google Ads in the middle of my email message screen - are you kidding me!!!!!!

I read from one person they pay $5.00 a month. I pay $17.99 & can't get rid of the ads. They are awful! Why am I paying more money than the other person????

I pay each month for using AOL & have for MANY years. The ads are getting so bad that sometime I have a problem readying any news information. I click on the X to take it away but it pops up as quickly as I X it!

with the new AOL Gold I'm receiving now E-mails with pictures as attachment, but the same pictures are also showed on the message itself(redundant!) and if I need to print the message, also the "very enlarged" pictures get printed, with waste of paper and ink
Is there a way of disabling the pictures from being showed on the message?

I like the new AOL page ...BUT..why is it when I open up the latest news on the AOL home page, I see Donald Trump's face?

I am still waiting for aol gold to work like i was told it would be the best aol ever. this is a piece of ****, it has major problems and i have no idea where you got the clowns who work on this gold ****. i want 9.8.2 at least that worked without all the problems. how come we don't get to vote on what we are forced to pay for and use. you could put a room full of dead people in there and they could put together better software then the clown rejects you have now. this is going on a year and still aol rips us off and gives us the toilet bowl version of their software that is one big problem. you ask us about a bug report ...well i have found one big bug and that is the server and web design dept that has screwed up aol big time.

Why ??? Do you ask for comments month after month year after year ,yet things only get worse . AOL sucks and only has gotten worse .And then when you ask for help ,you get some con man in Bulgaria /Romania or russia who wants to charge you almost $200.00 to buy a program that allows a consumer to relocate the former locations of icons at the bottom of the screen to the left side of the screen or vice versa .which turns out to be a press and hold gesture and is all that that simple .your all about the bucks and it sucks bunch of con men !

IT DIDNT TELL YOU THAT YOU WOULD LOSE ALL YOUR EMAILS IF YOU DID IT!! AND THEN AFTER THAT, I STARTED GETTING ADS TO RECOVER LOST EMAILS FROM AOL, PROBABLY A CHARGE. YEAH - NOT HARD TO FIGURE OUT!

SO Disgusting-- I and all on AOL pay a monthly fee, but when I click on one of the highlighted front page stories I am bombarded by ads-- all type of ads continually.
EVEN YOU TUBE which is free has an add at the start of a clip, but after a few seconds you can click skip and end the add. I pay AOL THE FEE, but every thing I click on as I go to a headlined story has a video at the top of the page and before you can view what you want to see there is a long ad--AND YOU CANNOT END THE AD-- YOU CANNOT AFTER A FEW SECONDS CLICK SKIP AS ON YOU TUBE I PAY A FEE BUT HAVE TO WATCH ALL OF AN AD I DID NOT WANT TO WATCH!!! THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE SO AFTER A FEW SECONDS I CAN CLICK OFF THE AD AND SEE WHAT I WANTED TO WATCH!!!!! GIVE US THE RIGHT TO END ALL THE ADS WE DO NOT WANT !!!

Something very WRONG!!!!! I am getting email in my inbox that I DELETED 12 months ago. Get this thing fixed! AOL was working much better when it was free. Now I'm paying $5/mo for garbage!

aol is nothing with out the buddy list, or the chat rooms, people do not even pay for aol anymore the only thing people and reason why people were still even using aol was because of the buddy list- and for aim so that people communcation, i know many people canceled their aol when this happened, we want our buddy list and aim back and the chat rooms normal again. your losing members and i was told this even by a superviser him self. bring back the aim buddy list the only thing useful that aol had,

Yes, the above ranked #2 is why I came here.....to protest the incessant ads that pop up on an article I want to read.....the ads make it entirely too frustrating to read....I am searching for other provider options
