Give Us Options
Let US decide if the new AOL page is OK or give us the option to switch back to the old page. No local news, weather is vague, Get rid of all the ads or stop charging us

Your old format sucked, but the new one is worse. Anyone over the age of 12 working at AOL? Follow the leader and print and say what everyone else is saying and doing. Who did you hire for the new "format",,,,,someone who got fired from MSN????

Don't let AOL run the regular customers out to satisfy the younger computer literate to modernization but if you are out to force the bad changes on the regular customer then you will loose!

PLEASE go back to having a single screen so we can focus on the main item. Who ever came up with this STUPID idea and once again, did you bother to as your users if that it what they wanted?
PS Please keep in mind that I have been a loyal AOL customer for many many years.

Put the local news back and don't change the format without giving us a chance to give opinions. we know that you need to put ads to make money but give us a break. !

New welcome screen is a bad idea. Can't you just leave well enough alone. Much prefer the old screen that lets me see different news sources, weather, etc.

The initial screen that shows when I open up my AOL account is jammed and you can't see the images because you put the title of the picture right OVER their faces or whatever you want to show. MOVE IT OVER TO THE SIDE SO WE CAN SEE WHAT THE TITLE IS TALKING ABOUT. As a AOL customer for nearly two decades, you should take my suggestion seriously because I am at the point where I am ready to DROP AOL forever.
Sincerely,

My log in screen is a mess, why the change. Instead of seeing at least a half size picture of what I want to read, I have a 5x7 slot, with half a slot on each side with the apparently previous and coming up news items.. you cant delete the side slots either..
What happen to the " refresh" key, not even showing, if you exit the page, it brings up the same page I was looking at, not take me back to the beginning page..so I have to page to the end, to start over..
" Gold" took away the " stationary" feature, those of us who are Seniors and use it to send greeting cards to friends/family, we save a 50 cent stamp.. I have asked about that twice.. and told, its coming.. when??
I agree, what was wrong with the old AOL log in page... Gold has been a pain in the neck since it was set up.. I have been with AOL for 18 years.. do you value your long time members... show us !! and address our problems. -

Bring back the news! Have you just decided it is too much trouble to edit a news feed? The latest format brings you the same stories no matter what category you pick. This is NOT an improvement

The new homepage has dropped local news and weather - WHY?

Why the changes to the homepage without any prior notice ? What else has changed?? now no email icon or even refresh button making navigation much more difficult . How about a heads up and list of changes beforehand ??
