Lighten up on customers having to prove who they are to you!
Using a variety of online devices is NOT unusual and is NOT necessarily a security risk worthy of being challenged! At home I have a desktop AND a laptop. At work I use yet another computer. And my cell phone is yet another online device. So PLEASE don't make me run around to a second device just to prove to you that I'm ME!
