Comment Section

Comment section doesn't show my Nickname automatically. I need to type it in manually. This problem doesn't happen before. I already talked to AOL's Technical Support and was advised to submit a feedback. My AOL Desktop Gold is updated.

    Cant load additional comments. Comments section is so slow it crashes my device sometimes. It's like you're not even trying. I have never visited a website with worse performance than this one.

    I can't respond to comments and after a few scrolls, can't like/dislike or see additional comments. Why is this happening?

    I agree with anonymous where is the story on the legal immigrant killed by the illegal aliien. I live in CA and this state is full of people who cross the border without an invite.

    ATTENTION AOL: Asking again for AOL to fix my issue with the comment section. Anything I write does not show up for others to read. I have been asking for this to be resolved for 7 months. Your HELP is needed or at least tell me why you refuse to resolve the issue regarding posting comments.

    Why do the comment boards end up at a dead stop? I can click on reply or the up or down button, but nothing ever happens.This is now happening on a daily basis! Then, after a long period, Chrome advises me that the AOL screens have stopped responding. Do I want to exit or wait? Of course, it doesn't matter which I click on. NOTHING happens anyway. Today, I tried to reply to a comment. Nothing happened. I went out shopping and came back 3 HOURS later and it STILL HAD NOT RESPONDED. AOL, this is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! Do you need to buy some NEW SEVERS or something? It's a good thing I don't pay for AOL. If I did, I would see about starting a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against them.

    I have asked for help 4 times regarding the comment section. My comments do not show to other people on the site. I have yet to receive any help with this issue. I tried Tech Support, but the IT person did not know how to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    Noticed that all of my posts on the political articles were being deleted, while some troll who was advocating open borders was stomping all over the place. I had the impression that this troll was doing the deleting, as my comments all were deleted as soon as she started spewing her vitriol.

    Just finished clicking on two items on the main page and neither of them went to where it said it was taking me. False advertizing. What is wrong with this system I am paying foir.

    Your comments section monitor deletes many comments for absolutely no reason--other than for political reasons . No profanity used or abusive words , but deleted because of the point of view . I'm not going to waste my time anymore

    Everyday is a new day on AOL. I have been a customer (paying for most it of the time) for close to 20 years Now that we have been forced onto AOL Gold, it seems it is more unreliable than ever before. I can not post on to the forums at all. No postings show up, yet last week it worked fine.. SO NOW WHAT'S WRONG AOL ??
    Im sick of trying to converse with someone from AOL as it seems Im far more educated on how their system works than they are... whats the answer? The only reason I havent left AOL is my email is old and established and the work to change it is so time consuming.

    I have been a member of AOL for many years. I had AOL Gold and have been paying for it sometime. Suddenly it disappeared from my computer. I call the number and they say they have to run a test and after a while I called and they said something wrong with my computer and it would be an extra charge. I knew immediately there was something wrong as there is nothing wrong with my computer in any other of the cites that I have or need to upgrade. A scam for a customer to have to pay more and I am done with AOL.

    AOLs mail load slowly. It won't send e-mails and replies! I really don't think that AOL is doing a good job with the GOLD version. "it seems we are having trouble send you e-mail. Try again in 5 minutes." Not a good way to run a company.

    Re AOL News:
    I am SO TIRED of mainly hearing about Trump. PLEASE mention all the great campaigning that Obama and Bernie Sanders are presently doing. You are giving Trump free publicity. Or is the White House is paying you to cover them more?
