On your news headlines on homepage for the last few days there are blanks with no picture and when you click on do not get story related to the headline.
Seriously-- not being ugly but your service has really declined with AOL Gold, and seems you are unable to fix it.
Plus the old 98.2 had many more usable and simple features than AOL Gold. This is really a disaster!! You need to hire folks to fix it and change many features back to 98.2
