SPAM stuck in SPAM folder

I posted this a week ago. Got an answer to refresh my email box which I did and indicated in a response that I did. No answer; no fix. Then I posted it as a bug. No answer; no response. Still have the problem but I want some attention paid to this because it is the 3rd time it has happened. I'm tired of it happening...and having to fix it myself only to have it recur again. Clearly a problem with this Desktop Gold software, among many.

    I previously sent in a suggestion to delet identified spam rather than sending it to spam mail. You responded with a solution. It is not viable. Spammers are changing every email AFTER the @ sign. You must have a fix that requires only what precedes the @ sign. You apparently regarded my suggestion as solved. It is not

    I keep deleting mail in my "spam" folder and the next day it is back... Mail I deleted two days ago are back today...WHY????? Fix the "DELETE ALL" function...it's not working right.

    Please restore the Number next to the spam folder. Have no Idea as to the number of spams unless you open the folder. We Pay a monthly subscription fee to have more functions than the thin client and don't appreciate removing a function previously had

    i dont see any mail in my spam unless i click the spam folder. this wasnt like this before. i need to see how many mails in my spam folder BEFORE clicking it. this has been this way for a long time now please fix it ASAP

    I am getting between 400 to 500 spams messages in a 24 hour period. I have been with AOL when it was with TIME WARNER when it was free & STAYED WITH IT WHEN IT SOLD OUT TO SPECTRUM and pay $4.99. I just noticed when my payment was taken out this month it went up to $5.15. I never have received an e-mail telling about the increase. WHY????? In some ways it has got better but in others MUCH WORSE. I may look around. You use to have a monopoly on the service in my area but not anymore. THINK ABOUT IT.

    Put back Spam folder email counts on AOL Desktop Gold accounts as it did up to several weeks ago. What type of upgrade makes the application less informative like this latest upgrade did?

    I too am plagued by 100's of spam emails a day. A and renter-info.

    Cant your permanently block these guys!

    I have been using AOL Desktop Gold since it became available but for some time the font (I use size 12), on my screen has been too pale and any text is difficult to read. Spoke just a few minutes ago with your technician and she tried to make sure that the chosen color is black, but this did not change anything. She suggested to use a different browser. I like AOL Gold and have been with AOL for many years - COULD THE AOL GOLD FONT BE MADE DARKER?

    Very frustrating NOT to see the number of SPAM messages in the folder. Please bring that back!
