Mark as Unread
When I read an e-mail and close it. I have to go into old mail and open a different e-mail and then go back and open my original e-mail to enable me to mark it as unread. Previously, I was able to close my e-mail, right click it and mark as unread. I no longer get the option on the drop down bar. It gives me an option to mark as read, which is redundant.
