I am very disappointed in your desk top Gold to say the least. Ever since I started with it years ago, my computer will periodically freeze up and I need to restart it – even with a brand new computer I truly have to restart my computer at least 12 – 15 times per day. I use this for work purposes and find that the storage on AOL gold is most inadequate and probably should be marketed to those only using it for family & friends - I run a business using it. I cannot get files I stored on AOL Gold PC, when I go to webmail, they don’t exist and I only am forced to go to webmail because my AOL keeps freezing up! This has happened on 3 different computers. The only reason I’m still with you is because I’ve been with you since 1995 and have had hopes this would be fixed and user friendly for small businesses, but it has only been worse when you introduced Gold – it’s awful!! Please, please make this easier; store more, etc., to support a small business or at least a person with a lot of contacts and files!
