We need better spam controls that block mail before it even gets to our mailbox. The mail in the spam folder has grown exponentially and we have to check spam to insure valid emails are not there. We need an easy way to report spam so it does not make it to us. Otherwise, why am I paying for AOL. In looking at the comments, tis seems to be a priority to your customers.

spam filter doesn't work at all now g.d. spam fi;ter doasn't even work at all now either fix it or give me all of my years momey back , this has been an on going issue you people can't resolve maybe you should close business, i'm going to start a claim with the better business bureau.

The email blocker is nothing short of a joke! The joke is on us users! Thinking that "if" we block the email address we will no longer get emails from that address! Wrong answer...... I have been "blocking" addresses since last September 2022. the addresses are reoccurring that I now recognize them prior to blocking them AGAIN!~! I block approx 1000 emails a month when the error code states something is wrong try again later.. It should state the **** file is full delete some addresses and try again. when the file is full I copy them to a "docx" file and clear the AOL file. this happens about once a month. make a "blocked" email blocked so I never ever have to look at it again. I waste more of my precious time deleting this foolish ****. what is my $4.95 a month getting me?????? make it work!
One final thought...... Auto delete after three (3) days if nothing else!!!! -

I get tons of spam email from a sender named renter-info but added to that is different information each time. I wish I could reject any emails from renter-info regardless of what is at the end of that sender name.

I believe AOL is getting PAID for every spam email they we receive.
