UPGRADES TO GOLD
MY MAIL, SAVED ON MY PC, WAS LOST WHEN YOU UPGRADED GOLD TODAY BUT IT HAD AN ERROR IN THE UPDATE AND WOULD NOT OPEN. MICROSOFT MESSAGE WAS THAT A FILE WAS MISSING SO I SHOULD UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL GOLD. I DID THAT AND GOLD NOW OPENS BUT EVERYTHING IS LOST EXCEPT MAIL NOT YET OPENED--THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN
