I cannot download an email attachment or print an email to a PDF printer. I have reported this bug 3 times and no response.
Fix AOL Desktop Gold. I expect to get what I pay for. I have reported this bug 3 times and no response. This problem started within the last 2 weeks. I can go to AOL in a browser and then I can either download an attachment or print to a PDF printer. Why is it not working in AOL Desktop "Gold?" I have been using the same computer, with the same settings, with the same operating system, with the same network, with the same internet provider for at least 7 years. Also, get rid of all of the awful ads which are so distracting.and make it impossible to read an article.

Can no longer print an email without going through several other steps. I thought an "update" was supposed to make things easier...NOT Harder!
