mute/unmute browser tabs like other major vendors like Chrome, Firefox, etc. Especially annoying are the news feeds on Welcome Tab
Place Mute/Unmute option on Welcome Screen Tab so blaring audio from news feeds don't blast user out of his/her seat as is the case currently.

This could also be for all browser tabs like Chrome and Firefox already have which easily solves the blasting loud audion that AOL employs on its news feed pages, especially the unwanted ads that precede the actual news feeds.
