*** **** Jr R.A.
My AOL Gold, failed the logo was gone, I then tried to open AOL 9.7 that was on the computer. The AOL started to open and asked for the PW, then an error code AC ***** came on screen, I went to the help and fix me box, typed in the issue, they said call *** , @ **.. ** took over had me type in a remote access code and then trouble shoot the problems. ****** stated we were hacked an showed me files of ransom ware, and all my drivers were stopped, Harry stated AOL had stopped the Hack by shutting my computer down. Harry then stated he contact a firewall security company to install files to fix the problems. Harry warned about not allowing anyone to accesss the computer ect, and I was to send a check to Infini at ************* and wanted a scan of the check sent to him.. ****** explained that ******* had plans and cost to restore and protect all our computers and fix all the problems.. ****** then restored my computer everything appeared to be fixed and working I created a folder for the new files and receipt. The next few days I had repeated issues getting AOL gold to work and each time I called ********* and they did restore access to AOL gold but each tech had a different, story and one suggested I install a new windows 10+ for about $$1,130,, and that was why I was losing my AOL. I said no way that was not my understanding, then he quickly fix it saying this is temp. fix.. I then decided to check ******* and got mixed reviews but they look to be legit.. I next called AOL ********* #5) they stated always call them, and they had no info on ******* AOL.. then Installed free sofeware AO. Tech fortress and Mcafee and downloaded AOL gold and warned about possible scams.. Now my computer has been fine and no notable issues .. I have looked on line and also verified with UMB any issues with our accounts and also I don’t buy or use internet to buy on line and nothing has been lost.. I am also looking into the company most reviews are positive but some complaints were they could not get a refund which is stated on the receipt..
