you could improve AOL GOLD by replacing it with something that opens and works!!

Please send us a crash report in order for our engineers to look into the issue you are experiencing with the software closing unexpectedly. To do that, please follow these steps:
1. Open AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click on Help on the top right, and select Report a Bug from the drop-down menu.
3. Type a short description of the problem, and click Send.

for 2+ weeks I have had trouble connecting to AOL GOLD! I have worked with 16+ techs (for about an hour each time) who uninstall and reinstall--and when it does work, it can take up to 14 minutes to open. Do something to stop this problem.
