Folders can't be moved to "Saved on AOL"
We ought to be able to Copy "Saved on my PC" folders to "Saved on AOL" as there are several selective backup utilities that can only see content on "Saved on AOL" folders.
As another reviewer said, the Manage Folders functions "Move" and "Save Folder As" functions are not working.

When I open my AOL mail and save it to a new Folder, I would like to know how many Folders I already have, so that I do not exceed the 252 amount of Folders that I am allowed in my Saved On AOL
