New mail layout sucks...
The new AOL owners don't seem to be very concerned about their customers, in fact they're making it more complex. I expect they will re-initiate the old program and charge us to use it. Are we all aware we don't have to pay for service at Google, MSN, Yahoo, etc. Why are we paying for the most screwed up of the bunch?

Just think how tough it must be the AOL customer rep to spend all day making up excuses for the intellectually disabled management
