Every time I try (it's been weeks now) to change my credit card information for billing purposes I get a message that you are having technical difficulties. Either I get some help soon on this or you're not going to get paid. I've been a customer for 29 years, if you want to keep me you'd better fix this post haste. You people need to pull your heads out of your arses.
