I have gotten now a few times when I sign onto AOL Gold:

Has "Allow access" or "Cancel" buttons.

Do we put in a check and or allow access or do we cancel ?

I am not able to get my email thru aol gold...just started today....what happen...

I don't get Welcome page at all. Instead, for three days I've been getting an error message. Even though the content of the Welcome page is usually pre-school level (teaser headlines about 3rd-rate TV actors, inappropriate ads, and very little real news), it should be there automatically. Why should I have to pay for a nearly empty and totally useless page? FIX IT!

That looks like the page loaded with slow internet, no matter what browser I use when the internet is being finicky my pages load like that.

Why when I click on information about one subject or person do I have to click forward through page after page of celebrities or animals before I get to, if ever, the person or animal story I wanted to read about. There was a story that referenced Michael Strahan's marriage. I had to scroll through page after page after page of celebrities and how long they have married. I don't give a damn about taking 5 minutes or more of scrolling through all of that before I find the information I clicked to received initially. Same with stories about a certain animal, place, person or anything else that should give me information on what a normal person would assume is a particular topic they are interested in and not have to "NEXT" ad nauseam until maybe, or maybe not, they find out what AOL caught their attention with initially. AOL is wasting my time!!!!! Why can't you be straight forward without making subscribers click, click and click "NEXT." I notice advertisers change with each click "NEXT". Do you really think subscribers look at those adds or do you NOT EVER CARE? YOU JUST GOT MONEY FROM THE ADVERTISERS AND THAT IS ALL YOU CARE ABOUT. YOU DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR SUBSCRIBERS.

The Huff-News is so biased in a negative way regarding the Trump administration. This is a fake-news effort beyond all others. If so many folks did not have my email address , I would drop this so fast. I just don't read your news. I hold my nose and read my mail.

I really doubt that any Executives at AOL use the site that they completely destroyed ? It appears that their business plan was a route to failure. The seem more interested in Advertising revenue than in their customers. I'd ask them what do they plan to do when the customers, like myself, have finally had enough and give up ? I can't believe I am actually paying for this frustrating mess. No more ... tomorrow is the last day for me ..

For two days ----- I can NOT get a HOME PAGE
with AOL. I have many visits with your
AOL Tech person. Many hours in 2 days.

NOW -- It takes me 15 tries to open my AOL site.

You suggested I install McAfee which I DID.

I already have 2 other ' performance scan '
features installed. My computer scans show
ALL IS VERY GOOD . I have desktop with Windows 10 .

I am told you have a GLITCH in many areas.

WHEN will they be fixed ?

I have run 10 scans on my computer this morning
and tonight -- and it shows my computer is FINE.

When will these multiple GLITCH'S be fixed ?

FIX the GLITCH where there is NO HOME PAGE every morning. I have 3 hrs on phone wwth AOL in 2 day.,
When I get a blank screen I think my computer is having issues BUT IT IS YOUR GLITCH. Can you fix it PLEEEEEZE ?

Is this a GLITCH that your people are telling
