Harassment by aol member with racist, profanity and personal hate laden posts.
*************** is a aol gold member who is continually harassing our chat room experiences and has done so for many years now. It uses new names consistently. I can only assume its because it gets shut down by aol and then has to create a new name. This user stalks us by following us to other aol chat rooms. It continually uses racist rants, profanity laden posts in the aol chat rooms, specifically (special interests craft and garden chat) There are several other aol members who follow this hateful persons lead. I will list them at the bottom of this post. The amount of hate, racist and profanity laden posts is extreme. Blocking this person does no good as it just continues on with threatening posts. I am begging you at aol to help us with some sort of permanent blocking from this person. We have notified aol for many years regarding this person. ****************** is its current aol sign name. The other aol gold member is ****************** . They both type in racist, hatred filled content. For example a member lost her son in a military fire fight in Afghanistan. **************** went on for days harassing this member (the mother of the soldier) with such profanity and hatred that it caused our friend to have such anxiety she had to be taken to the ER. Please help us as we are at our wits end with this member. Please provide me if you can with a phone number or an email address so that we can forward on its disgusting content in Special Interests craft chat and garden chat. I would like to be able to forward on to other aol members an aol abuse of terms of service email address so that they may also contact aol with their terrible experiences with this aol gold member. As a paying member for aol gold service there must be a way for members to notify aol of individuals who use the aol chat platform to spew its hatred, racism and profanity laden posts.
