Support basically hung up on me without solving the problem. Radu F is terrible tech support. This person advised me to uninstall and then reinstall AOL which I did and AOL is no different. I pay very good money and can get no help!!
APPARENTLY, I STILL CAN'T GET ANY HELP FROM YOU AS YOU CLOSED OFF MY COMPLAINT SO NO ONE ELSE COULD READ IT. THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW YOU ARE GOING TO FIX IT AS NOTHING I HAVE DONE PER YOUR TECH SUPPORT HAS WORKED.
Please give us a call at 1-800-827-6364 and one of our technician will assist.

I have the exact same problem. And, it's a serious program problem. AOL is such an inept, dog of a company. No wonder Steve Case left.
