Why can't I BCC from my address book when forwarding mail?

I just wanted my old aol address book back and was chatting with a tech till he wanted to transfer me to a 5.00 dollar help line. I already pay 5:00 a month, God knows for what. this format looks to crowded.

Before the update I was able to click on the address book and choose an email address to be included in the BCC field but now you have to open the address book then click send mail then choose bcc which is an extra two steps. Please revert i back to the original process.

AOL desktop Gold Address book changed. Now have to perform an additional step of selecting send mail every time to CC or BCC a person rather than having CC or BCC show up automatically after the TO box has been selected and I want to foward to others.

Bring back my old address book or I'm out of here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Revert back to not having to make another keystroke to send an email.
The drop down menu of "To, CC' is stupid and time wasting. AOL has gone down hill since it was commandeered by new owners. The GOLD is the worst that ever happened to this ISP.
The worst part is NOBODY CARES.
Verizon can't even run a good cellphone service !

When I open my address book it is NOT in contact names in order!!! I have to click on NAME to set it but it won't stay........it really wasn't broken before.

And, you've changed the cc and bcc buttons.... BUT, as you click on the names that you want to mail bcc hold the Ctrl button down and desired names will be highlighted........

Making me double click to send a CC or BCC is the dumbest think AOL has ever done. I pay you too much money every month for that kind of idiocy. I have had your service since Al Gore invented the internet but I am about to leave you and give someone else that money. CHANGE IT BACK.

Please change your system of cc and bcc so that I don't have to click every name as I go through my list.

You have changed the e-mail options, now every time I want to Bcc some one I have go to send mail scroll down to Bcc each time I want to send an e-mail to someone ,you should have just left it alone.Now you have to jump thru more hoops. Who is the rocket scientist who figured this one.
I think it's time for me to use my G-mail account and forget about AOL.

FYI the last stupid change you did unannounced was to change all my favorites and list alphabetically, I as well as other people I talked to about the change were extremely upset. We had all topic's grouped together the way we wanted them and AOL decided to change it. Maybe give us the option or leave it alone.

IDEA I have submitted this before and I think it has merit. On the log on screen you have this drop down menu for you to click on so you can log on. You should make the log on arrow bigger and easier to use, I have great vision,but think about it you have this big opened screen and you provide this little area to log on . You have to be a marksman to hit it. why not make it bigger maybe 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch and make it easy for people to use ,again you have this whole blank screen.

In order to send an email now I have to click on SEND MAIL and see the scroll down menu for To .- BCC AND CC...This was not necessary before you changed this format...please fix this and make it as it was before..thanks.

I can't believe someone though eliminating the BCC and CC buttons and putting them in a drop down selections was an improvement. Not instead of one click, it takes two. Glad I pay $5 a month for these "improvements".

IT IS OBVIOUS AOL TECK PEOPLE ARE DOING THEIR VERY BEST TO CONFUSE AND MAKE USING AOL MORE AND MORE DIFFICULT. WHY INSIST ON CHANGING WHAT WAS EASY TO A WAY MORE DIFFICULT. YOU JOB SHOULD BE TO MAKE USING AOL A PLEASANT AND EASY EXPERIENCE... CONSIDERING I AM PAYING AOL SOME $250.00 A YEAR FOR A NUMBER OF ADD ON.... USING AOL SHOULD BE AN EASY PLEASANT THING TO DO.... Please remove the To, Cc, BCc bok when I hit Send Mail. Now requires 2 key strokes to send an E-mail.

You have removed the address book option BCC which has always been on the main address book page. Now to send an item BCC you have to click on the person your sending to, go to the bottom and click on the arrow to the side of SEND, get a drop down menu , and there click BCC - RIDICULOUS to have to do all this for every person you want to send a BCC email to. WHY do you do this which causes extra time to make another step to have a BCC email when the old way of having a BCC option to click at the base of the address page has always worked great and is quicker and easier!!!

The CC and BCC buttons have disappeared from their usual place in the address book. Now I have to click on the Send Mail button each time I want to use the CC or BCC features. If there are multiple names involved, it is terribly inconvenient. Whoever suggested this change should be demoted or fired. Bring back the CC and BCC buttons.
