AOL desktop gold bug check
I'm not sure if this is already in feedback.
When submitting an a bug check, the user should get an email confirming that the bug check feature has been sent to the aol engineering team and is currently being looked into.

My AOL GOLD........ the heart on top right now goes to an ODD LINK
and it does NOT work. To transfer an email ---- it will not and freezes my
page........and i HAVE TO SHUT DOWN. i HAVE CALL AOL 10 TIMES BUT THEY WILL NOT DO REMOTE ----- I HAVE CALLED YOUR Yahoo / AOL home protection 15 times.bruce potter brucepot@aol.com 813-476-8778

Excellent idea! I recently submitted a bug report and sort of remember getting a pop-up message (but I might have dreamed that!). Not only would an e-mail confirmation be more reassuring, it would be a record of when you submitted it and what you said (something you don't get with a Web form, unless you copy and save your text yourself).
So please implement this idea. Thanks.
