I've had one email in spam now for more than a week that will not delete. I've tried multiple times. Each time I get an error code ET-5016

I've had one email in spam now for more than a week that will not delete. I've tried multiple times. Each time I get an error code ET-5016 telling me to try again later yet all the other ones delete. I'm sick of it and want it gone!
