Maybe have some basic help for those of us who like AOL and have been customers for over 25 years who can't afford your premium service?j
On Tuesday, 8/23, I discovered I was hacked. I changed my password, it was accepted by AOL, and I also changed it on my iPhone. Changed the settings as requested by AOL too. Still, even after reporting this as a "bug" THREE TIMES, I haven't gotten ANY new mail since then! Can someone PLEASE let me know how to get my mail?!?!?
