printing select pages
allow me to select what pages I want to print when looking at print preview. i hate to say this, but look at google when you want to print something

several weeks ago headers and footers stopped printing. you must have changed margins of which a user cannot change back nor modify so to fit on page print out. the result is on an e-mail one does not know how many pages and what the order is nor date/topic at top. so in the case e-mail printed out and such got out of order, etc., very hard to piece back
