AOL processes are not user-friendly and had regressed over the years!
I updated my billing information by adding a new card. AOL System however will not allow me to delete my old credit card which I was able to do in the past and I have been a user of over 25 years! Deleting the old credit card required calling AOL HELP and waiting for 20 minutes before getting the needed assistance and then I am subjected to the litany of question supposedly for account verification which is a facade. If I already provided the code, why do I have to be subjected to 5 more questions about my account!!.
The AOL Rep Joan today was courteous and responsive. It is not her fault that AOL process is inferior and subpar lacking respect users' time or convenience. Updating my billing information and deleting my old card required an Act of Congress while wasting my time and infuriating me!! It is pathetic! AOL needs to improve processes and not regress. Processes need to be user friendly and logical, including the stupid facade of verification process! Totally disgusted with the experience! Fix it!
