Latest update
your latest software update is a step backwards. Does not honor my email preference to list oldest mail first, and takes forever to delete items from spam folder. how do I get rid of the latest update?

Thank you for the feedback. Please use the "Report a bug" option under the help menu. This will provide us with some additional logging information that will be crucial in understanding what is happening so that we can resolve it.

Still cannot easily delete spam. Last time it took 4 clicks to delete all spam. Check that, I cannot even delete any spam now!!!

Yep, AOL Desktop Gold Mail is screwed. On top of the other problems mentioned, if I move important emails to a Saved on PC folder it also shows up in recently deleted and when you delete it out of that it also deletes it out of the folder you thought you were saving it to. AND, if you copy it to a folder it once again shows up in recently deleted but when you delete it out of that, the folder you saved it to shows 12/31/1969 at 7pm no matter what email was copied to a folder. Did not know AOL was a thing back in 1969.
I to am sick of it as a paying Gold subscriber. AOL.....FICK IT! And no I'm not saving my mail in a cloud or on AOL, it's just someone else's computer. Want it saved on MY PC. -

Im not able to use my forward message the same way it used to be. It goes to the download mode that cant even read.
